The Workshop Team consists of Three members of Staff,a Full Time MOT Tester and two Technicians,as with the Sales Department there is a depth of Knowledge that runs to more than 100 years of experience,and all the Staff have been at the Garage for some years now leading to a very stable working environment.

Stewart Arthur started in the Motor Trade in 1985 as a Junior Salesman selling Lada Cars,easy on the jokes please,within a couple of years he had gained promotion and was running the Dealership on behalf of it's Owners enjoying a long period of employment only leaving to broaden his experience to other Marques within the Trade,Stewart has managed Dealerships that sell New Suzuki,Rover,Proton,Fiat,Lancia,Citroen and Mitsubishi.After much thought and planning Stewart started VFM in 1994 working from Home with a very small budget and only a few Cars.the Business quickly grew first moving into a small Industrial Unit then to a larger Industrial Unit and finally into Groombridge Garage in 2002.He has excellent contacts within the Trade,enjoying long term relationships in the business that have been nurtured over the years.Stewart is a Car Enthusiast owning and restoring several Classic Cars over the years,seemingly never bored of Cars,he believes he is in the right job.
